Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional security measure designed to protect your Members Area and secure your funds. Each time you log in to the Members Area, access the application, or withdraw funds, a unique code will be required. This code is either generated by an authentication app or sent to you via SMS.

If you have lost access to your code or are unable to complete authentication, please contact your broker's customer support. They will guide you through the process of verifying your identity and resetting your two-factor authentication, helping you regain access to your account.
