A phone number is typically used for security and verification purposes, but unlike Passport and Address verification, phone number usage is not required when withdrawing funds from your StocksTrader account. 

To complete your withdrawal request from your trading account, you need to enter the trading account password, then confirm it with the special code sent to your e-mail.

Exception: if you have enabled two-factor authentication for withdrawal confirmation via SMS, your mobile number availability is a must for confirming the withdrawal request.
