If you can't find your live account there, please check the following:


1. Do you perhaps have multiple profiles or email addresses, and are you logged in with the correct one?

2. Is the account possibly hidden? Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select "Show hidden accounts."

3. Have you restarted the app to resolve any potential synchronization issues?

4. Is your account of StocksTrader type? StocksTrader terminal supports only accounts of its own type, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts are not compatible here. 


If you still can't see your account, contact customer support for a secure and personalized resolution.
