If I want to close my trading account, all positions are closed, but I still see a floating loss — what should I do?

If you want to close your trading account and you have closed positions, but you still see a floating loss, we recommend the following steps:

Check that all your positions are actually closed. If you have open positions, the floating loss may still be displayed until all trades are closed.
If you are sure that all positions are closed, but the floating loss is still displayed, it may be due to the fact that, in StocksTrader, the unrealized profit/loss is updated and included in the account balance once a day at nighttime.
