There is nothing supernatural in trading fractional shares. The quotations are the same as with a normal share, and you can use any trading strategy.

For example, a client can buy 1.5 of an Apple share. Meanwhile, the minimum volume of shares to buy remains the same – 1 share.

The minimum size of one step is 0.01 of the stock's volume. Note that minimum purchase amount is 1 share. 

The pricing and receipt of dividends for fractional shares are similar to full shares, and dividends are paid in proportion to the amount of shares purchased.
