After a new strategy has been created and the name with description have been assigned you can start adding trading rules. These define how you want the strategy to enter and exit the market.
Click on the strategy name, then click Open Strategy. You will be redirected to strategy details and there you should click on the Editor tab on the top right corner of the strategy window.
